So there’s this guy that I’ve recently met ( it’s been a month ) and he became so flirty with me in a way , it started with the touch and then it evoluated ( but I need to mention that he’s touchy with everyone , I’ve never seen someone as touchy as he is ) , he told me you’re adorable and exceptional and that he’ll always remember me since he thinks I’m hella funny , one day he tried to do a fake proposal and gave me one of his rings that he puts as an accessory , I’ve declined it but I’ve turned it into a funny story. And today he blew me a kiss with his lips and when he wanted to sit in front of me he said I’m going to sit with my « he said my name » and he also said you know you’re the person that I like the most « silence » and added as colleagues. But still I really don’t know how to analyse his behaviour , and we don’t have each other on SM

He seems to enjoy spending time with you and finds you attractive and funny. It's possible that he sees you as more than just a colleague, but it's also possible that he's just being friendly and playful.

If you're interested in him, you could try flirting back and see how he responds. You could also try asking him to hang out outside of work and see if he's interested in spending time with you in a more personal setting. However, it's important to remember that if he's just being flirty and isn't interested in a relationship, it's okay to move on and find someone who is.
