Because staring isn't flirting. At best it's creepy and at worst stalker-like.

Smile. Make jokes. Make eye contact. Word games. Engage their mind.

I stare at them an make them uncomfortable. Basically if she smiles at me I smile back. Then if she looks away I wait and when she looks back I look all crazy eyed at her. Then if she looks away and looks back I'm smiling again. Basically I like to keep her on edge. I want her to wonder if I'm going to possibly come over and talk to her or whether I'm going to come over and murder her. 😆😆😆
