Do u find it hard to give a compliment or accept it and why?

some people will say that they find it hard to ACCEPT them bc u have self doubt or bc u assume that they're being polite or that they're being fake , some will say that they find it difficult to GIVE a compliment bc they don't want to seem creepy or fake , what do u think?

I find it very easy to compliment people, but find it sort of hard to except compliments because I feel people are lying to me. I am taking them much more often now but is still sometimes hard to accept lol

I'm sometimes hesitant to give a compliment if I'm not sure how someone will take it, but I'm much more confident giving compliments than receiving them. I get sorry uncomfortable receiving compliments because I don't think I'm all that great

I find it extremely hard to take compliments because I feel they are just being nice. I honestly would prefer not being complimented at all if I could have it my way.
