hi guys! I was smoking weed with my guy friend (from his pen) and he made direct eye contact with me and blew smoke in my face slowly, twice with a slight smirk. is this flirting, what did this mean?

Man to man that's a fight. But he might've had flirty intentions. If y'all are the same age and hang out one on one pretty often, and he does that with you I think he might like you. I don't know this guy but if he is inexperienced with girls he might not know how to show you he likes you and does things like this trying to be playful. But he could also just like being disrespectful.
