Pretty sure most Western men like it as long as she looks a certain way. Indian men absolutely don't like them especially for marriage.
All one needs in a Western country is blonde hair and blue eyes. Then you can be as bad as possible. You can even be an alcoholic party girl and attract decent men. You can be an Amber Heard and keep someone like Johnny Depp married to you for a significantly longer time than should be acceptable. Yes you can even be an abusive cocaine addict and still attract an Elon Musk!
Look at the female smoking statistics around the world and notice the women men prefer for marriage. They are surprisingly the same countries.
Plenty of Russian women come to my country for cheap illegal drugs and to offer their "services" but they're still liked for marriage by many white men.
Indian men on the other hand just use them and then discard them.

I don't smoke outside the holiday cigar or a super slim after sex if the man/woman wants to smoke. But that is like very rarely, never enough to get addicted. Though, if a girl I were with smoked, I wouldn't care. It's attractive if she has a fitting look, honestly. Same with men.

I was never a cigarette smoker but it never bothered me. It doesn't effect me either way if a girl smokes, as long as it's not all the time. I've had girlfriends who smoked on occasion. I didn't mind at all, but I didn't find it sexy or anything.

But now that I think about it, a girl can make smoking look sexy.
Posing, moving gracefully or fidgeting with the cigarette can be alluring.
Her lips look like they are kissing.
Her cheeks indent like she is sucking when she draws. It reminds me of something else she can take between her lips and suck.
Her chest heaves as she takes a deep puff. And she looks relaxed and content when she exhales, reminiscent of post orgasm.
Hell, a woman can make almost anything look sexy. LOL

But if I had to choose between smoking and non, I'd take non.

It looks bad, smells worse. Women get creasss where they purse their lips… yellow teary… bad breath. Shows her highest priority is a stick controlled by man and has emotional hangups. She will develop lung cancer which will suck not to mention it is very expensive drug and treatment and somewhat slow and painful death. It’s the most ignorant of habits next to farting... after all most smoke goes into the air and offends others.
I have no use for it and wish all such people move to another planet or get therapy and take up another habit.

Generally speaking, no, I don't like that.
However sometimes a *little* bit of smoke smell may be a part of the smells that you associate with her, and if you can't make out the smoke itself it might be, familiar and appealing, if you get my meaning.
For instance my youngest sister smoked.
And I liked her smell when I was a kid.

I dieted girls that smoked. Years ago it was a lot more mainstream. One girl I dated made it look like it was really enjoyable. She smoked a lot. It never bothered me when we had to go outside so she could smoke or what she tasted like when we kissed. One time she tried some mouthwash to see if it would make her taste better. I preferred the smoke flavored kisses. I don't think it made them not attractive to me.

Smoking is probably the most unattractive thing a girl can do besides be crazy, loud, or evil. I automatically think they are trashy or have issues. Then it always keeps flashing in my mind of how they will age dramatically within 5 years or develop deep or raspy voice. The smell is gross besides how extremely unhealthy it is.

If a guy is a non-smoker the opposite tends to be true. It may even cause aversion or be a deal breaker. Younger guys that smoke generally doesn't care, but as they grow older it becomes a minus rather than a plus.
In movies and stuff, smoking may appear cool but it doesn't translate to "coolness" in relationships.

Find people with similar values and habits as you, life will be easier.

If you smoke, find someone who smokes.

If you don’t smoke, then try to find someone who doesn’t smoke or at least doesn’t force you to smoke.
