He is a nice guy from what I can tell so far but after he said he will ask me on a second date, I told him “let’s first see if u like me in person after the first one haha” he hasn’t answered in a long time. Is that a turn off or red flag for u? I’m overthinking it lol

Your text wasn't like crazy weird or anything, so I doubt that's what turned him off. Maybe he thought you were trying to play it cool and act not too interested, which girls do sometimes as a game. Don't sweat it though, could've just had other stuff come up.

I'd give it till tomorrow, then hit him with like a funny meme or something low key. Not about the date, just to engage him casual again. After that, ball's in his court. If he doesn't respond or set up the date, then for sure move on.

But for now don't jump to conclusions! Give the dude a chance to come through still. Could just be overthinking. You might end up having a sick time at the date and not even remember this little stress. Keep your cool sis!
