I had an older woman tell me I had a baby face. Should I take it as a compliment?

I don't consider myself to handsome dude. I don't consider myself ugly. Just average I don't take pictures too many cuz I don't think I'm photogenic but I kid you not women that sees me always compliments me. I show my photo online and women just goes. Wow handsome. I'm flattered. I just say thank you. It's kind of you If I'm out and about women will stop so you have a handsome face. I'll say yours is very attractive too. Thank you and keep on going. Doesn't swell my head flattered and just keep going. I'm going to store and just happen last night. I'll come out. There's two or three papers on my car with women's phone numbers or address. I'm just smile. Flattered just toss them away later. I don't act on them to meet us taking advantage of someone and I don't like things to come easy to me. I've always like to earn what I have and who I'm with. None of my friends say I'm dumb but I asked them. Am I if someone came up to you and do themselves at you what would you do? Take advantage of him or treat him as a human. You don't take advantage of people and to me that's what I'll be doing I'm not perfect in any way. I have my weakness my flaws when it comes to people. I have respect for all that I encounter equally. I look down on none and I look up to none but the word of god. There's no one here on this earth. That's better than the next. I don't follow anyone's footsteps. Love always made my own. I don't judge anyone. That's not my place. If anyone asks for help from the first one there give all I can but when I'm in need I just do without them until I can. I believe we are our brother's keepers. Help those in need anywhere we can

Most compliments I unconsciously wave away due to bad mindset and experience with people giving fake-compliments to play with my feelings. So even when someone gives me a real compliment, my mind ignores it and just shrugs it off.

I always get you really don’t look your age. After 30 years of it, think it’s mostly people acknowledging I’m a vampire. Course, depends on who says it, body language and how it’s presented in conversation.

I don't usually. When I do, I take into consideration the person that gives it. If I get compliments by family, friends, or women old enough to be my mom or grandma, I don't believe them at all as they are just being nice.
