Is it wrong to flirt with somebody that is half your age. But keep in mind legal age?

Depends on your age and their maturity / needs.

When your young, going for people half your age is a worrying sign, but when your in your 40's it very much depends on the girl your flirting with. Some girls want a very mature older man, some would find it discusting your flirting with them. You take a risk.

So, in conculsion, no its not wrong assuming its wanted and your not trying to 'pretend' your younger than you are to someone seeking a person of their own age.
