I stared and as I did, I noticed that she began to smile and she was half turned away from me, I stopped once I realized it, my face was quite warm😅
Have you been caught or caught someone staring before?
How did it make you feel?
I regret not staring. I was always brought up not to stare and it is the WORST thing to be brought up to not do.
Staring is actually a great way to show hightened interest and continued staring [taking in the whole person] is very exciting / flattering, the only exception where someone should go against their instinct to stare is if they are only staring at some part of a person, rather than at them as a whole person (or their frowning at your staring).
I hate that my instinct to stop staring (which is through an idea of its impolite), so many beautiful girls have felt confused when they look amazing and the guy isn't looking / reflecting their efforts.
So yes, I've been caught staring and have made instinct the wrong thing to do. It's very hard to undo that. I guess the + side is that on the rare ocassions my stare is unwelcomed I'm straight away to fix it.
@MushyKiwi whatever you like to stare at! You do you :D. Much better than not looking at them because of finding uncomfortable.
Nah. I'm photosensitive so I always wear sunglasses when I'm outside. The darkest grade of sunglasses. I'm immune to eye-contact. Nobody can see where I'm looking, and I make sure to never turn my face directly towards anyone unless I'm speaking to them either, so they can't guess based on that.
I do believe you will find that the majority of women will subconsciously know or see when they're being stared at.
Personally I might just take a mere glance at something that catches my interest, but never an outright glare/stare.
Like this? 🤢😬cringe!

Yes, I usually act like I didn't notice unless they are right in front of me staring I only had that happen to me 2 times when I was out.
Last time I got caught staring at someone was in grade 10 where I realized it was awkward and not a good idea to stare at people lol
Yeah, I've been caught staring before. I remember when I was younger, I had a classmate who I admired for their looks. Of course, I didn't understand why I always looked at them because I was too young for words. My classmates asked me if I had a crush on him and I'm like "No."
Any girl wearing leggings like that in public wants to be stared at. Stop endulging their inner Karen.
This is the best conversation I've seen on GaG all week lol.
If you wear leggings guys will stare. Especially the type of leggings that show camel toe or butt crack outline.
Some girls might wear them for attention, some might not.
Everyone is different, but guys are all horny so they will stare and try not to get caught, fact.
GEEZUS lol
@stratford men stare regardless 💀 jeans ain’t stopping men either
@DarkLegacy you said women get me stare by force lmaoooooo ðŸ˜
@stratford apparently we are karensðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Once I think. Otherwise there is a difference between an intentional and deliberate look to gauge their response (and therefore interest) and being a creeper. A man needs to know the difference.
I have been caught for sure. And I have also caught women checking out my natural bulge in my pants… which has freakishly happened a lot more often as I aged, or perhaps as they have become bolder in the past 10 to 15 years.
I get caught staring at women's feet all the time, and it's so embarrassing because they know instantly what I'm so mesmerized by... lol
I had a teacher catch me staring at a girls ass when she bent over at college. The teacher called me out on it and said I am a pervert doing that however I think the girl I stared was flattered by it. It was a woman teacher by the way.
I see people staring regularly. I don't because I don't care what she looks like I care how she acts and behaves
Most everyone looks. Even woman are looking other woman up and down making silent calculations and judgements. "That looks nice, that doesn't" It is human nature.
Yeah all the time, i notice women staring at me in a sexually aggressive manner, i don't even think they cared if i caught them though.
I don't really stare. I'll take glances. I've caught girls staring sometimes and I don't mind it. It's a nice ego boost
I got caught numerous times but I got smiles from the women who caught me staring at them. I even got a date with some of them.
I am short shirts often have the cleavage area big and that gives me crazy cleavage as much as i try to hide it my shirts slip at times and i often catch men staring but i always have a hoodie handy to zip up if i felt like someone is looking
I've never been caught staring.
There's a wrong way and right way to stare.
Let me introduce you the awkward stage between ages 12 and 19. By 20 I learned how to not stare. I still look, I just don't get caught.
Yeah I always get caught by women exposing themselves. sigh
No. But I was told some guy was starting at my butt. I had my back to him. So I didn't see.
People stare at me and I find it annoying to this day
Tough, why are millennial women so anti social.
