What’s the deal with all these young kids trying to rizz each other? Supposedly young boys coming up to a girl and rubbing their face talking about you’re too good for me. Type of thing. Have you heard?

Rizz means to be cool/charming. Its a similar term to steez only it's got more of a womanizing angle to it.

It's mostly used as a dry humor comment. If a guy is flirting with a girl and he seemed effortlessly and skillfully successful, you could say he was dropping the Rizz on that girl.

If he fails miserable or just looks stupid, you can say it ironically and some people have made it into a pop culture joke to because it has been pretty universally accepted for many decades that guys being bad at flirting is funny as hell.
