Ok so at the new role I went into we are mainly on the phones and in my training class we have begun to take calls in real time to essentially get down what we are gonna be doing. Well anyways I was on the fence about practicing but then two other girls said something that I wasn’t sure how to take they said they liked how my voice sounded on the phone cause we also listen to each others calls. I’ll be honest I blushed because it’s one thing to compliment how someone did on the call but to say you like how their voice is on the phone and to encourage them because you want to hear their voice

I think this is still just a compliment, they didn't compare your voice to anything inappropriate, they didn't say your voice made them feel anyway that may be considered inappropriate.
They just said they like your voice, now I'm not saying you aren't allowed to feel uncomfortable getting compliments, I know I can be left speechless by some random compliments, but I do think it was just a compliment.
I'd let this one be water under the bridge, wait and see if it's a one and done, maybe it's over. If it happens again maybe just say "please don't say that" maybe let them know it makes you uncomfortable if you can't tell them, that's OK, this is what human resources is for.
If women can go to hr cause they don't like a man saying "I like your shirt" then you can say go for a woman saying "I like your voice"
