Guys: do you typically lock eyes with a woman at your job if you’re interested in her?

Just wondering bc there’s a guy who always says hello to me and holds eye contact but literally doesn’t look away. It’s always me that breaks the eye contact after locking eyes for a few seconds. What do you think? We have small talk but never any extended conversation.

I was always taught it was rude not to maintain eye contact when talking.. So thats what I do for the most part. It doesn't mean anything though..

I do know also that in some cultures it is rude to maintain eye contact, so it's all a bit messed up sometimes knowing what to do for the best!

Also I wear sunglasses in public always. Dark sunglasses. And even then I don't stare.
