Guys, How would a female know you’re attracted to her at work?

Reason I’m asking is because I can’t narrow it down to what it is that’s going on with this person at work. We’ve been working together for about a year and at first he was shy and nervous around me we quickly started to tease each other and laugh about bs but I want to say it’s been about 6 months we’ve been getting a lot closer as in he’s been opening up to me about his personal life and he might be seeing someone but he made it aware to me he didn’t want to be committed to her. But we have this weird intense eye contact we lock eyes through out the day and I just feel this attraction to him. He’s asked me what I sports I like and music. He’s always smiling when we’re talking and laughing it’s just a good vibe. Sometimes I can feel him starting at me from a distance. Maybe he’s just friendly but I don't know my gut feeling says otherwise. I had just got my hair done and he complimented me which I wasn’t expecting he was I like it it looks really good. Maybe I’m overthinking our work relationship but I’ve never had this with any other co worker all the years I’ve been there. I’ve noticed his eyes look at me totally different when we’re talking it’s like a look guys usually give me when they like me or something in that nature. I just need some guys insight.

yeah, it is a Vibe and you say that. If you do not ask him out then you will have to hold tight until that happens.

I would tell her. But that's only if I thought the feeling was mutual. And I wouldn't be attracted to her or tell her unless she made it clear she was attracted to me.

So in short if she wants me to ask her out she's got to put forth a little effort. And if she's too proud to do that then she doesn't deserve to be asked out, let alone me.
