my co worker is very shy and I have been told recently that she said im handsome polite and have good personality. Problem is she doesn't talk to me first, I am wondering if she likes me but shy, or just a player. Anyway, everytime I flirt and tease her she laughs from all jokes even the bad ones, and I know I am not that funny, and sometimes we talk. I asked her to go to lunch together she said yes, but we had a misunderstanding and since then I didn't ask her out again.

What do you guys think? should I ask her out again, or maybe ask her for her phone number? does she even like me
