Do guys like girls who are too nice? Or do guys like girls who aren't easy to get along with or tease?

My way of flirting is to be very attentive to the guy and listen thoroughly to what he says to me. I am usually very polite and very formal with the guys I want to flirt with, but I've noticed that this only works 50-60% of the time. I've tried this with several guys and I don't really have a good answer because, as I said before, it usually either works or it doesn't, probably just based if they find my outward appearance as their type.

It depends on the guy and on HOW nice the girl is being to everyone.

A girl who goes out of her way for EVERYONE and then for the guy she likes doesn't get very far with the one guy because he just registers that she's being sweet to everyone. It's possibly the easiest way to land yourself in the friend zone with the guy.

If you are generally kind to everyone around you and offer a little extra help to those you care about, though, it shows a range of emotions and actions that he can understand and distinguish as your caring for him as opposed to just doing your usual thing.

I would say guys like a woman that is kind but if you choose the extreme they will take it for granted. The issue is that you have to find a way to be attentive and kind to guy while not losing yourself in it. Guys that like girls to tease them either are submissive and shy and what her to take the iniative or they are looking for fun and adventure but not a relationship.
So find a way of that you´re not losing yourself and your interests in. If you´re concerned that flirting only works 50% of the time that could be because many guys your age don´t look for a long lasting relationship but for something that is fun and adventorous for some time but then they want to move to something new.

First of all are the men you flirt w actually into you? Because if you don’t have what they’re looking for look wise they’re never going to give you a chance really to show them your personality. Looks draws men in. Personality makes or breaks that. I prefer the first you described. But again is she what I’m looking for look wise? If she’s not chances are I’ll never know what she’s like when it comes to her personality.

I'm too nice at work = more work and those who dont do any work get easy rides. I decided to be a bitch an demand my rights and got punished but at least they fear me now.. lol

I was too nice in a relationship and men took advantage of me but when I became a bitch, they called me a psycho. I'm still working out the balance

I've decided I will be nice to those who treat me well and I will avoid those who do not... i. e Treat a man who treats you right... very well

Thus, when you flirt, you indicate that you want to "deepen" the relationship" with that target person. We all know what is meant under "deepen" right?

Why don't you simply tell those waiting guys that you are only interested in deepening the relationship?

However, you being a child, it could (and definitely will) be misunderstood and you will get into serious trouble with those boys that cannot control themselves and you will get much more than you bargained for. You should be much more cautious when you flirt because of the potential negative consequences this involves.

A boy/guy/man will always respond to a flirting girl with indecent proposals. Always!

At your age they are often too immature and only concerned with how hot they think the girl is and most relationships (over 90%) at that age don't last because the relationships are often based on superficial things and don't hold interest very long.
