Oh, and for the record, I lost the title of "nice guy" about 8 years ago. I'm far too cheeky, devious, sexually aggressive/ kinky to still be considered a White Knight. But to the question, I say there's more to being nice. In short, we like nice guys, with spice. The girl makes fair points, but she acts like there are only two types of guys in the world, the player and the nice guys. There are more than those types. Majority of girls will always appreciate a good guy with a good personality. However, she is right, a but of spice is nice. While we go love when a guy is focused on our emotions in the bedroom, we to have carnal desires men do believe it or not, we like to spice things up.
A big bad biker dude with tatts and who many would first assume to be a asshole, can turn out to be a big love muffin. However, a lot of "nice guys" will think they are your typical asshole and assume women like assholes, when in reality that's not the case.
Being nice, gets you so far and some are right, some guys are boring when they are yes men, with no opinion of their own, I'm not talking about punching a girl in the face, but you don't have to kiss a girls ass to get her attention. We like when guys know what they like, can offer something to change things, like have an option of his own. Having a backbone and being a doormat are two completely different things.
I really don't know any women who dates a guy who is a pig, but im sure there are girls that do, what can I say, there are stupid people in both genders. But Overall, no nice guys DON'T finish last, guys that are kiss asses do.
Men, don't stop being you. Have an opinion, find out what you like, don't be afraid to try new things and don't think you have to punch a girl to get her to like you, manners and being humble gets you places in a girls heart, but remember, we aren't that much different, we like to get spicy like guys do, so dont think you have to be slaves, we both are human, with something to offer.
Here is my two pence on your opinion: The most I can offer you is my opinion on yours. Firstly I'd like to dissect my personality and behavioural traits infront of you.
I am a nice guy at heart. But not everyone likes a nice guy. I have a macho front composed of activities a crazy person would like such as kickboxing, the rifle club and Goal keeping during football. My initial impression is very popular with the boys.
But I am the biker you describe. Behind the leather fingerless sparing gloves and black attire with smart shoes that appears like I kill people professionally, I'm a crazy guy whoes nice. I also do swing dancing, usually vocalise my thoughts, train 18 year old girls in martial arts and self defense, speak to myself, and always seek my happiness in others. But I will also describe myself as cheeky, devious and horny looking for like minded girls 🤷🏽♂️
My closing statement is this. People are complicated. There may be more to them than you see, or what you think they do. Keep and open mind, and an open heart.

That video might as well be titled why immature sluts search people like them. Its such a stereotypical thing that girls will date the bad boy just because he knows how to win them over and give them the fuck they deserve. And if thats what they want? Have fun ladies! But thats not me, which is why nice guys can finish last with a more mature girl who searches someone lovable rather than fuckable.
Luckily the majority of girls to my understanding truly aren't like this, they are genuine girls who want a nice guy. But what does nice mean? In this case it doesn't mean being kind and serving, because while kind is certainly the way to go serving isn't. A genuinely nice guy as i see it is a guy who is willing to take the lead, still allows all the space she needs for her input, gives off a vibe that matches with hers, looks like her type, she can have a good conversation with and in general is a good father and a good life partner, and on top of all that of course knows his way around her body and can give her that amazing experience of just going after her sexual likes while she can follow his lead. That to me is a nice guy and that is who i try to be, that stable option to really bond with, not the guy to tame. Obviously that is not going to score me one night stands (Which i am not looking for anyway), but it will be the kind of thing the kind of girl i love would look for since i also want someone who really clicks with me, i can have a deep conversation with, who is uplifting and caring and knows how to tease and please in the bedroom. Men and women aren't that different if they seek stability which is why these people always find a soul mate that fits them.

The reality is, that many younger girls go for the not so nice guys, and get burned. They wind up pregnant, perhaps married, and after a few years, realize this jerk will not change, can't hold a good job, or can't keep in pants zippered around other women. Then the relationship fall apart, and she may have a child or two. At this time, women often realize it's a good idea to have a nice guy, who can be relied upon, knows how to keep a job, and treats a woman decently. Problem is, by this time, most of the good guys are taken.
Nice sounds like milquetoast. Bad boy sounds like a player who treats women like condoms. Women don't want either one. They want guys who are exciting, energetic and passionate. They want a guy who is strong and will make them feel safe. They want a guy who will continually thrill them sexually with his passion, erotic desires and physical strength. It's empowering for women to drive a potentially dangerous male crazy with desire for her and to tame him by taking whatever he dishes out in bed. But they don't want a guy who treats them like shit, lies, cheats, is abusive, or dominates them anywhere other than in the bedroom. Women don't want to be slaves. They want and deserve respect.
Yes, they want a guy who is confident enough to confide and share his tender side with them; who cares about them; will cuddle; engage in conversation; do things together; support her hobbies and interests, and even share some common interests. But they want him to be manly.
Women like to be treated like ladies by nice guys who can be a bit scary.
Women don't like nice guys because women like men who make them feel inferior. The female biological drive is to look for superior mates.
Women don't like guys who put them on a pedestal, which is what nice guys do. Be nice, but never make a woman feel like you are lucky to have her, that's what *she* has to feel like, being a woman.

Girls say they want nice guys but they actually want bad boys when they're in their teens and early 20's. All of a sudden, they want a nice guy when they reach 30.

this really depends, nice guys are usually portraying themselves as nice and that's a defining factor.
Just like some bad boys are genuinely nice but they don't define themselves by it, it's called common courtesy aka manners

Girls don't date nice guys because they are entitled and have the illusion of choice, because they are getting endless attention from endless males. It's only after they expire that they get desperate and start "looking for a real man" on dating sites.
