What words would hit your heart the best in your unhappy moments?

My wife likes me holding her snuggling and reminding her that I love all of her. No one thing could make her ugly. Not even the mark she is crying about in the mirror.

lift that dang belly when its big and giving her back ache.
remind her she's being incredible and patient and how you don't love her any less.
But also I would rather have had ACKNOWLEDGEMENT that my body did change. I did get marks. It was worse when partner or others tried to tone down how i felt or how i had changed. I wasn't the same. I didn't want the weirdness of them arguing against that fact.

Thanks and your right! Saying she is not changing does not help.
I just try to remind her right now she is amazing beautiful and nothing would change my mind about her! Tell her what I love about her and adore.
