Yeah. All the time. Even though I don't really bother, it's like most of those little interactions... Sometimes I'm just trying to be friendly - Girl looks lonely at a big party, sitting by herself, not "busy" with anything, I'll try to say hello. Often, the RBF or look of contempt comes apparent if I sit down anywhere near them and say hi.

Best I usually get is grunt answers. If I'm getting the idea she doesn't want to talk, I'll try to save face and tell them it was good meeting them, have a great rest of her night - Get in, get out. If I SEE the RBF beforehand (usually the case), I'll move on before even trying. It's like I'll see a normal look; if I catch their eye, I get a look like I've been bathing in hot wet garbage.

They all make it clear they don't really want to talk to me. Sure, sometimes it's probably she's just angry at everything and I happen to get the brunt of her RBF because I (dared to look and smile). But it seems like a lot of times it's directed at me. I don't even have to open my mouth to get a disgusted face. My existing is pretty much enough.

It's happened so much that I do a sarcastic short "normal" conversation (I do both parts; I figure maybe I'd get a laugh or change (NOPE. It's like "F*** your sense of humor, and just f*** off") - sometimes It'll be in my car after a bad night). Best I can do.

Doesn't help my anxiety much.
