I would think they're not particularly attracted to my looks or personality but still like me for some reason. I used to like guys that weren't really my type in high school but grew out of it.

I mean, they don't have to find me attractive. So no, there's no reason to be offended over not being their type as long as they're not rude about it. But I wouldn't pursue anything further with someone who doesn't even know why they like me, that's just me personally, I wouldn't feel confident in that relationship.
