For the most part my emotions are under control, but there are few times in my life where my anger reaches the limit and I start raising my voice. I've never hit anyone, unless it was a fight in school days, but I can start saying mean things and be really loud when I get in that mode. I can count the times I've gotten that angry in my life on my fingers so it's definitely not often. But it used to happen in my youth a lot more than now. I can't even remember the last time I was angry to that extent.

Happy to say after decades of not giving a shit I am now in control. It's wonderful to know, believe and practice the stoic concept of "It is my REACTION to stimuli, not the stimuli itself" that's the cause of my problems previously.

If I am sad to cry then I do. If I am angry, I try to be logical when deal with people.

But I don't let emotional feelings to control how I act. If someone is wrong and still screaming at my face, I don't scream back at them.

I listen to them asking them to lower their voice so I can focus on what they are complaining about and it's works like a charm.
