When I flirt, I do so with a pretty clear idea beforehand of how it will be received.

I'm married, so my flirting is done solely to brighten up an encounter between myself and another person, making both of our days a bit nicer.
Nothing more than that.

Yes, I do get rewarded when I do so, with smiles and exuberance from my flirting partner.
They get the same in return.
