Just talk to them. Most people, especially men aren’t going to be weiredrd it out by it. I think k women tend to think that because that’s how women think k when it comes to men trying to talk to them. I think we’re actually more accepting of women coming and talking g to us then women are toward men. Say hi. If it’s someone at work ask them how long they’ve worked here. Say hi, how you doing.

What's hard about that? Just say "Hi" and if they engage with you, then eventually you will get to know more about them.
