How Do I get over it?

This is mostly a question for females but I will consider men's opinions too. I want to know if it's possible and how to get over the past with my boyfriend who has a huge history of being a womanizer. Obviously he's 53 years old, he's been with other women but the amount of women he's been with and having a notorious reputation for being a womanizer, is he ever going to grow out of it and could I be the last one?

Nah , a brutal truth here is if you really believe what they say about him is true it’s highly unlikely he is ever gonna change. He might suppress the urge resistor depending on how much he is into you but eventually it’s gonna surface so don’t be surprised.
