What's the best "honey trap" you've ever seen/set to attract another person?

Sometimes the "honey trap" flirting method is something a person does so organically that they don't even know they're doing it. Other times it takes a person some effort to engage and play out the scenario they have in mind to attract the other person...

Are you good at setting "honey traps" for other people? What's your best one?

If you're not good at it but know someone who is, what was the best one you've seen them play out?

I can't flirt for my life and I'm not manipulative in any way. If I'm interested in someone, I don't set a "honey trap". I just tell someone straight up that I enjoy talking with them and would love to take them out or get their number.

And I don't think I've been a target of a honey trap before either. Not that I can remember anyways. Maybe it's because I'm not attractive enough. Maybe it's because I don't exude confidence like others. I don't know 😂

Theory goes that folks who reject the honey trap concept... that's their honey trap... 😂😂😂

It's not always an intricate or purposeful thing designed to manipulate. But you approach someone... you DO have an end game... get that number, get the date... etc. It may just be the look you give them while you're talking or the way you organically figure out what topics to cover/avoid, etc.

Do you know what honey trap means? Because it can't not be done organically... It's a specific term that applies to someone been manipulative on purpose.

And could you be manipulative by accident? Probably but not for such a specific goal that comes with Honey Trapping.

Honey trapping certainly is not flirting and hoping to like each other at the end of the night. Also the word your more looking for which is younger use today is Rizz.

Rizz basically means how good is your game when it comes to flirting and dating.

Anyway, no I've never seen it apart from maybe girls online but they are looking for people willingly to give them stuff so it's again not the same. They don't really have to manipulate, though I am sure some do more to an extent.

The more main ex who did it, she would do it to make sure she didn't have to pay for something. And sometimes for money.
She also did it to get me involved with her in the first place. So yeah total mind blip I have seen it very personally lol.

The best honey trap I "set" though is probably talking more softly when I'm speaking to women. For a long time it was purely instinctual and then a girl thanked me for it and I was mentally like "ohhhhhh okay noted" 😂

I’ve been the target of a honey trap, and fortunately I spotted it in time. I also set my own trap once, as a joke my wife wanted to play. I seduced one of her friends, who was divorced. I made her think my wife and I were having difficulties. My wife even played along, indicating there were issues without providing details. However it can also be defined as any/all of the following: A manipulative tactic where someone intentionally uses charm, flattery, and apparent romantic interest to gain something from another person, often with ulterior motives by creating a false sense of intimacy or trust. Key points about a honey trap in flirting: Deceptive intentions (hidden motives/isn't genuinely interested in a relationship), excessive flattery/compliments/attention (quickly build trust), emotional manipulation to make the target feel special/obligated), exploiting vulnerability/need for validation. (Common examples: Fake online dating profile, flirting with someone at work to gain confidential info.) Identify a honey trap: (1) Too much, too fast (the person is overly interested or moves too quickly). (2) Suspicious behavior (inconsistencies in their narratives, evasiveness, reluctance to share personal details). (3) Pressure to share information (expects you to share personal details/reveal sensitive information).
