Do basic or rich guys secretly have a thing for alternative girls?

I don't know why, but lately I have noticed that so many rich guys, or just more basic dressed guys, secretly have a thing for emo/alternative girls. Like I was going to a club with a rich guy, and the most stereotype one (he was so funny and kind though), and he saw a more gothic like girl. Suddenly he started asking me for advice (we are just friends), like 'I like that she is alternative. I secretly really have something for girls like that. Girls that are a bit different, u know?" And this is not the first time that I have noticed that. I'm alternative myself and I often see the most basic looking guys, look at me when I'm going out. Staring me up and down, trying to flirt with me, stuff like that. What do you guys think? Because some guys just call alternative girls 'emo's', but I feel like they are secretly kind of into it lmao. Let me know!

Are you on the thinner side? Like, looks attractive whether you're alternative or not? The makeup more or less enhances the look you already have. I've seen both attractive and unattractive goths / alts. The attractive ones are always getting checked out even if they don't dress for it while the unattractive ones always seem miserable.

Yeah I'm thin. I get what you mean. I often don't even dress up that alternative.

One question though. Do you like EMS? I only ask because I've seen -many- goth / alt EMTs and I'm wondering if it's a culture thing.

Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Medical Technician. Well maybe healthcare in general as I've seen a lot of goth nurses during my career as well.

Ohhh. Well I'm currently studying to become a biologist and I want to work in a lab to find cures for diseases and do research. Not really healthcare, but also a little yes.

Personally, I think a Goth girl can attract just about anyone.

Maybe only the lamest of backwoods Church goers would look down on her -- of course, they're scared of black cats, too.

I think most of the guys that go for those girls do so because they are troubled and easy to manipulate. Plus they tend to lack self respect and will do more things sexually. Tattoos, make up, etc. In excess is a sign of mental illness/trauma
