Unfortunately for some people personal boundaries are a issue sometimes it’s people they have romantic and/or sexual feelings for but other times they do it to everyone.

Nothing is a hundred percent as some people can platonically like someone a lot. But if it’s mostly you that someone’s doing this to the it’s very likely. Now that depends on how you feel about this person.

If you have mutual feelings then talk to her privately and express that and see if she’s willing to go for a date. If you wait too long some people naturally find feelings for someone else at some point or another. If she rejects you then you have closure and aren’t wasting your time on it.

If you aren’t interested in her that way and she’s making you uncomfortable. Talk to her kindly but bluntly about how you feel. If she respects that continue a friendly professional relationship with her. However, if she cannot respect that then you’re going to need to take action with HR.

It’s not bad sign if you both are attracted to each other , it’s only bad if it effects your job especially if the relationship doesn’t work out , it could cause a lot of drama and put your job at risk if things don’t go well between the both of you. I can be tricky, I’m in a similar situation but we are equals (he’s not my lead), even that is hard to navigate.

As a lead, I think it would be hard for you, because of me too and HR. It’s difficult to know if the signs are just friendly as opposed to flirty. Even if they are flirty, how do you know it’s not just playing around and nothing more.

I would just see how it naturally goes dont push anything, otherwise you could get in trouble. Maybe suggest a coffee one to coffee in a work context and see how it naturally progresses, but don’t pressure her.

it’s easy to fall for people when we work with them daily, try not to overthink every sign and hopefully the relationship should just progress.

There's a saying that goes you don't s*** where you eat. I know that everything feels great and wonderful and how nice it is to have somebody that's interested in you. But believe me I've had a workplace romance and it went sour and my reputation was destroyed. So no matter what I don't recommend it.

Yes, that is dangerous. People hate been charged with sexual assault. That behaviour should not be tolerated. He's probably doing it to numerous women. Please report him to HR. you can also file a police report and have him charged for harassment. Then sue then for 50 million dollars. You will probably win. Sexual harassment in the workplace is a no no!!!
