My style is dry sarcastic wit at a fast pace. I want to make it fun for her and at the same time I want to learn a little about her personality.
1.) It's playful.
2.) It allows me to see what pace she can handle / how quick she is mentally and how much confidence she has.
3.) It's fun. Women seem to respond to a fun, fast paced exchange where everything isn't always what it seems and the difference between a compliment and an insult is very thin line while I simply ignore their request for clarification and move on in the conversation leaving them dangling in uncertainty. If they can do the same to me, I know we're gonna have a good time.
4.) If she can't keep up we're likely not a mental match. If she gets offended easily and gets defensive or nasty she's probably too insecure for me. If she can't come back with something that challenges me or risks insulting me, she's probably too timid and lacking in confidence for me.
Some women love that sort of interaction. Some hate it. I want to know who I'm dealing with and have fun sorting it out quickly.
I do know how to flirt. I do it so well, I do it accidentally. I'm a "playful" style. (although I did not know that, until you told me about these 5 flirting styles).
I don't think of it as "flirting." I don't really think about it much at all actually. In my experience, it's just what happens automatically if I like someone.

Haha I would never do that especially not on here. But I write fiction stories. Young adult novels. I have one finished but I still have to go back and edit before getting it published. It's about a girl who falls for a ghost.
I think it's a combo between sincere, polite and physical, though it's mostly subconscious so I'm not sure if there are things beside what I'm saying and body language that would register as "flirting" to a person but just as part of basic communication to me. I always mean what I say, which some folks LOVE and others REALLY despise... and that's on them.

Yes lol!!! in public when I get hit on sometimes it’s such a caught me off guard moment sometimes I just pretend It didn’t happen. I get so awkward or just say thank you and walk away
Flirting for me personally is just testing the waters to see if someone flirts back if someone I see myself pursuing to see if she is wanting to pursue me as well. If signs aren’t reciprocated maybe she just ain’t the right one for me.
Now at the end of the day if you genuinely like someone well enough just be direct. Because people can miss signs as well as misinterpret them. Someone may think something is complete friendly when someone thinks they are being obvious flirting. Other times they may interpret something as flirting that is the farthest thing from it.
I do know how to flirt. And I don't have a style because I look at it as every girl's differand you have to figure that out and it just happens. I don't really have a pre-planned type of flirt LO. L. Because I think that would suck, but yeah, I'm pretty sure I. Do know how And I think i'm pretty good but and I think I'm good lol I don't wanna be too cocky
Maybe polite/sincere originally? I was never a pick-up lines guy, and I never thought it a good strategy because I saw men far better-looking and popular than me just pull the line and they only get a chuckle at most and leave.
I'm just the, "Hey, how's it going?" type. It worked well enough for me when I was a bachelor. The one thing is that I go physical.
If a girl laughs walking alongside me, I just put my hand out. I don't ask. And I've never had a single time fail yet where she didn't clasp it. And then when she laughs some more, I touch her fingers across the dinner table and it worked up to a kiss.
Then a few more kisses and you just kinda gently work your hand to grabbing her butt, always ready to retreat if she's not down for it.
And if everything goes well, you end up marrying her and that's what I did -- although it took multiple tries.
I do like somewhat traditional. I do, "I have this favorite French restaurant and I'd like to take you there," if we're talking French food. I don't do, "I have a favorite French restaurant; would you like to go?" Seems kinda weak the latter way and I tried that in high school and bombed left and right.
You gotta be assertive and have a plan in my experience. "I aim to take you there." And girls are still just as free to reject the offer saying, "I can't, have other plans tonight." No problem. But you gotta propose it like you got a plan as a leader and not just like, "Uhh, I wanna do whatever you wanna do because I like you so much."
You can't do that for sure -- I learned the hard way. And I like gentleman old school way. Was outdated even in my 20s in the early 2000s but I still liked to insist on it. Walk down the side of the curb with oncoming traffic that I should die instead of her if a curve swerved in our way, little things like that. And definitely always pay the bill -- that's what you're supposed to do if you're leading. Otherwise, you're a cheapskate if you lead and don't protect and provide for your followers.
I'm definitely a playful flirt but sometimes I use my eyes and that alone gets their attention. The playfulness is just apart of my personality. I don't try to do it, I'm just being myself... if that makes sense.
I don't have one. Most of the guys I want to date are men with their standards set too high, the harpies that smile in your face and then tell you they have a girlfriend.
Men only go for the top 1% of women. They're all gold digging sluts who just want to sleep around because it's "manly".
To be honest, I'm a natural flirter. Any guy-friend I have, I will be shipped with him even if he's ugly. Everybody thinks that I like someone because I laugh and joke around with them but SERIOUSLY! If I do like a guy, nobody would know because I act differently around guys I like rather than guys I don't.
A salad of jokes and romance, I love to use dedicated metaphors to express my admiration for someone and I have no problems doing it even if the other person isn’t keeping up with the pace. I’d literally say stupid shit like: “ legend has it you fell into a hollow mountain, after you got up safe and left they started calling those mountains volcanoes “ this type of dragging joke just to emphasise how hot she is, is how I “flirt”
Typically if I "feel" we're getting along pretty good, I might drop a veiled, teasing flirt and see how fast they pick up on it. If they notice it and visibly like it, I continue dropping playful teases wherever it feels natural.
I was playful when I met my boyfriend. I was besotted with him so I made sure he knew he would have a good time. I'm still playful and still make sure he has a good time!!!
Those are the biggest flirters usually... just being yourself lol my best friend claims she doesn't know how to flirt either and just being herself but she really knows how to flirt with guys. You seem like you would spellbound a girl with your charm lol
Oh ok lol I think if you're a charmer though you definitely can have flirting tendencies. Not saying you do but you may not realize when you're doing it.
Yeah I think if you were one of the styles it would be playful. I tend to be playful but only when I'm dating someone or in a relationship. I just can't flirt with a stranger lol
