Is he just being nice?

So this guy at my job.. we work in different departments but lately I’ve been noticing little things he does when I’m around. I think he’s cute and everything but I’m a little cautious since it’s work and I’m not sure if he’s just like this in general or being nice? Every time I see him, he’ll always be like hey Jenny how was your night last night? Or if I tell him I’m going for a run after work he’ll ask me how my run was. He’ll give me an eyebrow raise when I see him. He’ll smile at me and wave hi. Once he asked me which location I was gonna be working at because I’ve been bouncing between locations lately and I haven’t been permanently put anywhere yet. I just wanted to know anyone’s opinion on this. Thanks.

Those are good signs that he likes you. But you can be more aggressive at work. No guy is going to complain to HR that a girl hit on him but it could definitely go wrong the other way around. So make a move and go for it. Good luck.

Ok thanks! I guess I’m not sure how to go about being aggressive like not sure how to go about making a move.

Oh, maybe ask him to coffee or lunch. Or make some excuse to get him over your house and make a move. Depending on what you are comfortable with.
