I suppose that I would empathize that it is tougher for them to date or flirt. It isn't easy to do that with someone in general. Some people that are not shy have issues with flirting. It is kind of a skill to be honest. Some are real good at it and others not so much. Having bartended in the past I can tell you with great confidence that even those that are not shy are sometimes terrible with flirting. I have been hit on at my job... God I don't know how many times. Some are very smooth and clever and others so so awkward and cheesy. None of them were shy. So that is my point. I empathize that someone that is shy probably can't even make the slightest of attempts.
