Opinions on sharing looks and staring at each other?

I am interested in hearing your opinions on people sharing looks or staring at each other for no reason. example, a
situation where you and your boss share looks throughout the day multiple times or just stare at each other for no reason, but there is a hesitant approach when it comes to dialogue or communicating and it doesn’t seem as a challenge for other them to talk to other people or just communicating in general from that person only with you however, you do tend to share looks throughout the day. Another example constant agreement from their part, they cannot seem to disagree with anything you say. Could this be them trying to make themselves seem more likable?

You’re the only one that has answered how is saying lame an opinion. I’m open to any type of opinion, but you’re not even giving clarification. You’re just saying I’m narrow minded.
But you know what let’s just leave it at that cause I’m not planning on getting into a weird argument with somebody I don’t know online over a silly question.

It depends on the intention behind it.

Sharing looks can feel electric when there’s mutual interest and respect.

Sometimes a quiet moment of eye contact says more than a whole conversation.

But if the stare feels intrusive or one sided, the energy shifts immediately.

For me, it’s only meaningful when both people are actually present in it, not just projecting something they want to see.

Interesting. Thank you for your response. I leave from my perspective. It doesn’t feel intrusive. I’m not sure about his perspective.
I have been made aware of him feeling intimidated by me and I know that we both have mutual respect for each other. However, I’m not sure if him feeling intimidated by me is the reason why he tends to overly agree with everything. I wish I was able to see any intention to understand more.

Intimidation can blur things a little.

Sometimes someone agrees too much not because they’re hiding something, but because they don’t want to misstep with someone they admire.

If the respect is mutual, the dynamic can still unfold naturally.

But clarity usually comes from noticing how they act when the moment isn’t charged in normal, unfiltered interactions.

That’s where you see intention more clearly than in a stare.
