I've posted before. Should I feed this man?

Now I'm on my way out, one week left.

Do I tell him I'm interested or just leave and say nothing?

My plan would be to find him on my last day. Smile all nice like, confess, give him my number, wish him a good day, and quickly head out.

Like I said before. Yes, I am in my 30's. But when it comes to men/dating I'm a little inexperienced per se. Also probably a little autistic, who knows, so please be nice.

You really shouldn’t self diagnose yourself with autism or expect people to handle a conversation with you as if you need some sort of layer of protection from words or something. Words can’t physically hurt you, neither can rejection. It’s a part of life. If you really like the guy then just tell him, you’ve made such a big deal of this and your fear makes it worse.
