Should I ask him for his number or just give him mine?

OK I met this gorgeous guy, at a nearby pizzeria by my campus, and we've flirted a little a couple of times. I'm not desperate but, I'd really like to get to know him.. however I don't have his number and he doesn't have mine. I don't know if I should give him mine one day , or ask for his... or just wait till he asks for mine. This is the one step, I always get stuck on =/ any suggestions?

If he likes to go to the gym or something, ask if he wants to go with you sometime? It doesn't even have to be the gym, just something on campus you would both enjoy doing. Maybe even coffee. Then after that, just give him your number and let him know you'd love to get together again for lunch or something. At this point he should get the idea that you like him and if he likes you he will contact you

True, but he doesn't go to school there... and I'm not from that town, so I wouldn't know what to suggest lol

Then id just ask him for coffee, or join you for lunch - I'm assuming that's what both of you are there for? I guess you COULD just give him your number once you see him, but personally I think it would be better getting to know each other a bit more and see how it goes
