Guys, should I text him if he didn't give me his number?

So there's this guy in my tuition who I really like and it seems he likes me too (tho I'm not sure). We've had around two conversations and he seemed pretty interested both times. I've also noticed him kinda staring at me multiple times. But when I asked him for his number for a survey, he said yes but did not give it to me. I have his number from the tuition group on WhatsApp but am not sure if I should text him. Will it freak him out? Should I text him?

Well he didn't give it to you, so? Unless you think he just got distracted and forgot or something, I wouldn't. Now maybe he didn't want it on the survey and it was nothing to do with you, which is very possible. Hard to say. If he has any interest, yes you should lol, but if he doesn't... then it's like "oh great, she has my number".

I don’t think you should but you can if you want. I texted someone before who didn’t give her number and I really thought she was going to freak out. I got her number from a friend of hers

Nah you can jus try to text him and send the survey. You could tell him that you actually forgot to take his number and so you found it in the group so jus sent him a text.
