1. I'm 25 years old and met a 29 yr old guy online. We talked for about a week online, texted in kind of a flirty way, and met up for coffee. He greeted me with a handshake and had already ordered his drink before I got there. I ordered mine separate and we sat down to talk.
2. He spent a lot of the time talking about his experience in the army (because I asked) and telling funny stories and we seemed to have a lot in common. I was more shy/nervous so I asked a lot of questions but didn't do a lot of talking. There were a few awkward silences, but for the most part it was enjoyable and time went really fast. We ended up staying for almost 2 hours.
3. We walked out but didn't hug or anything. I said let me know if you want to hang out sometime when you're in the area. He kind of hesitated and stayed looking at me, but then we just said bye.
4. I went home and texted him a couple of hours later to make a joke about something that happened earlier.
5. We texted back and forth some funny/flirty things and when I said "I hope you have a good night" he said "it's been good so far". I thought that was sweet.
6. The next day he texted me to ask how my day was going and after another good texting conversation said something along the lines of "you've got it. I don't know what it is, but you've got it."
7. He seems like a good guy based on our conversations, but he also flirts a lot and we've only met in person once and he thinks "I've got it" which seems like something you wouldn't say unless you've known a person longer.
8. should I be worried that he's way too into me after such a short meeting? Or is this clearly a sign that he's just smooth talking me into sex or something?
