Want to try and date her but don't see her anywhere social?

only places i've ever seen her is her work but its like a family restaurant , you can talk to her but its not really an interesting place and she works there. also seen her at the gym but she's always by herself and has ear buds in and i've only ever seen her talk to the odd girl that she knows there.

she also broke up with her long time boyfriend a few months ago , not really sure why , she doesn't appear to have dated anyone since.

i'm not sure what she does in her free time , never like seen her at a pub or bar here just the restaurant where she works , i've seen pictures of her that show her drinking so she does go out but i've like never seen her out here which is kind of odd as its a small city so not really many places to go so usually you'd see everyone pass through

i've talked to her several times at her work but i don't have her # or email or anything , she had some pages on social media but they didn't seem that active or set to private so i can't see whats there

i've talked to this girl before , she knows me by now and seemed ok when i talked to her at her work , so we do know each other. if that is what your wondering

meant i don't know what she does social , never like seen her at any other restaurants or bars here , so wasn't sure how to socialise with her when i never see her in such places

This honestly reads like this guy is following this girl around town, and is attempting to ask people how he should go about asking her out. Kinda creepy

@HollyK21 i don't follow her on instagram her page is private , i've never even tried to add her , it ust shows her name and a picture of her , it used to include her boyfriend's name but she deleted that when they broke up

You don’t have to be following her to know she has a few social media accounts, keeps one updated for sure and has changed the profile picture on it. This implies that you check in, along with being mindful of where you do and don’t see her, getting an idea of her daily patterns. That behavior is just a bit excessive, kinda stalkerish and creepy. Rather than continuing on this route you should just go up to her one day and ask for her information. It’s better than watching and studying her from around the corner.
