Coworker keeps flirting and laughing with his friend nearby—what’s going on?

I tried shooing him away but he keeps coming back, few times I’ve noticed he be talking to Me and his friend is around he will start laughing and looking at the friend when this guy is being weird with me.. do you think the guy they be laughing knows something?

They are probably trying to make fun of you or to get you aggravated and you react the way they expect and that makes them laught. That would be the behavior of a child and I suspect that your coworker is not very bright or intelligent to act the way he does.

Ignore them because if you keep reacting to their stupidities, they will never stop. If on the other hand they realize that their actions cause no reactions, they will stop since it is no longer amusing to try to aggravate you. Never play their game and they will tire out pretty soon.
