Is my guy friend actually into me or just being flirty and playful?

I have this friend we don’t get to see that often but every time we get together innocent things seem to happen at 1st some things could just come off as friendly but the more they happen the more they seem like flirting. There is times he seems to be flirting but then seems like he pulls away I know I have also done the same. I’ve pulled back because I didn’t want to cross lines because at the time we were both seeing other people not sure if he pulled back for the same reason. At 1st it was playfully shoving me, always standing next to me putting his arm around my shoulders or on my back, hugging that lingered, blew me a kiss, kissing me on the cheek, wanting more than 1 hug throughout the night, when I catch him staring at me he glances away, talking to other people across the room but looking in my direction. 1 day I walked up to him and he said hey hottie then had a off look like he didn’t want to say that. But the other night a bunch of us were out and he started singing a song so we all started messing around throwing dollars at him he came up to me lifted the corner of his shirt and pointed for me to put money in his waist line. is he really into me and trying to see if I feel the same way.

Those signs could not be more obvious that this guy is attempting practically anything to get your attention. When you say that he is into you, I actually mean to say that he wants to be inside you. In other words, he sees you as a prey and you don't give him that chance to let him do what he wants with you.

It is actually a childish behavior, more the one of a 15-16 year old teenager than the one of a middle aged man. I would have thought that at this age, he would be a little bit more serious.
