How can I approach women without seeming creepy or boring?

As a young male trying to make friends and get out of his comfort zone, how to best approach women so as not to seem rude and creepy?

How to best start the conversation with out being so boring and asking to commonly of popular questions?

A lot of that has to do with where you approach us and not so much how. I am not sure why you believe that you will automatically come off as creepy. Why do you think that if you don't mind my asking?

If we look busy we probably are. You need to look for social situations where it is common and acceptable to mingle with other people and use those opportunities to approach girls.

You also have to understand that there are girls like me that are not interested in dating and no matter where or how you do it, I would not be receptive. That isn't to say that I would not be polite about it.

The trick is to not try to "seem interested" and to actually "be interested" in them. Being genuine is attractive.
