Is he single? He can't date you while you are still a student, and he will never ask you out in the future for the same reason. Also gentlemen over about 22 do not hit on teenagers. Wait until you graduate and ask him to meet you for coffee or lunch. If he accepts, he will probably offer to pay. Let him. If he's comfortable being close to you, and you are inclined, kiss him or make it plain that you would like to be kissed by getting close and making it easy for him. If he's a gentleman he will not try to kiss you (or more) until you make it clear that you want it. Good luck.

It's normal and fairly frequent. But even if he or she is only a few years older than you, it's a power imbalance that makes any relationship destructive even if was mutual and age of consent proper. Someday you will look back with fondness at those crushes and realize it was less real than it felt at the time.

My teacher, my female teacher actually flirted with me, but nothing ever came of it just hugs and something else but it’s embarrassing to talk about a slap on the butt for a joke, but she didn’t care.
