I honestly prefer instant chemistry. I love the feeling of just clicking. The feeling of being able to understand each other at a glance, agree with each other's views and even admire each other for them, having a similar sense of humor and genuinely finding each other funny, wanting the same kind of life, and being sexually compatible (ex. I want to dominate, she wants to be dominated, etc.)...

Nothing beats that kind of chemistry and it's not something you can easily build over time because it's usually who you are at your core. Although they do say that the longer you're with someone the more alike you become and there is truth to that.

Instant chemistry ("the spark") is not the strongest tension you'll feel with a person. There is often a slow burn that builds over time till it's very strong.

Instant chemistry is easier but building slowly over time is more fun. Instant chemistry also burns out faster while slowly over time lasts longer.

I prefer slowness, by far.

Because instant chemistry is going to stress me out, to make me question a lot if it's real, if I should trust my perceptions etc. Whereas the slow variant gives me enough time to process, peacefully, what's happening between us.

I’m pretty sure you need one to achieve the other… Instant chemistry is a beautiful thing. But it’s not enough. You have to use that chemistry to build tension

I prefer sexual tension that builds fast and then escalates until it's unbearable. So instant chemistry that escalates but delayed gratification. Once you have sex, a lot of the tension disappears. And the tension is fun.

Both.. Instant chemistry gets my attention but the slow build is what makes it  addictive .  I like that little “are we gonna do something about this or not?” tension lol

Of course instant, so long as i know it's genuine. Guys get so used to women feigning 8nterest just for attention that when a woman does it there is a high liklihood it's usually an act. A guy has to vet her to find out what her game is.
