You can't make anyone do much of anything. All you can do is to make yourself attractive and go places where you can meet men. Probably the best thing is to join activity groups that attract single men. Outdoor activity groups are great for this, also any sort of gaming whether it's chess, board games, Magic the Gathering, card games, whatever.
