a while back ago I told a girl I like her, she seems to return interest, we have talked every now and then. recently I talked to her on the phone and last thing she said was, "keep in touch" what did she mean when she said this?

It might obviously mean to keep in touch with her, but personally I tell that to people that I don't want to speak to again just to be polite. I'd say that you should call her again, but see if she asks you to call or text her again later... That's a More direct way of saying she's interested.
