Guys...If a girl in your class that you don't talk to that much told you that you have really pretty eyelashes...would you be happy with the compliment or would you think its kinda weird...what if she adds: "and by the way I'm not flirting"...

All I could say was "Btw, I really envy your eyelashes" and he blushed for a second, smiled and did a thing with his eyelashes =Pp

A little both, but by now I'm sort of used to it. I've had multiple girls tell me that they envy my eye lashes, and some tell me that my eyebrows are perfect. It's a little weird, but nice to get the compliment. Still some part of me is like "Great, I finally get a compliment on my looks, and it's stupid crap that doesn't matter and hardly anyone notices." But enough about me and my looks.

Yeah I think if you did it it might be a little weird, but nice. If you add, "I'm not flirting" you might want to put that in the front. Like, something along the lines of "Hey. So not that I'm flirting or anything, but I wanted to tell you that I really like your eye lashes." or something similar. After that I think you're good. He may want to ask you what brought this on, but just be honest with him. Be nice and talk freely. It should go over just fine.

Oh, by all means, feel free to deviate from script if you like. It's not like you're a telesurveyor. Just do what you think feels comfortable, but whatever you use to make clear this isn't flirtation, you might want to open with it, rather than close.
