When do guys start liking a girl?
Thank you much!
The moment a guy sees a girl he becomes aroused and begins to like her. By "like" I mean he begins to think about her sexually (and he really likes that.) If the guy gets to speak with her then after a couple of minutes the guy can categorize her personality and whether or not he thinks the two would work well together; from this encounter he might also find he likes her (as in, Is she fun to spend time with?)
Now each man will differ in the time required for him to consider a girl a friend. Beyond that again each man will differ in (and if) he will begin to like a woman as a girlfriend or romantic interest. For example, I am Italian and I want to marry an Italian wife. While I have many friends who are girls, I have no romantic interest in non-Italian girls. We can be very good pals, but I doubt that I will ever fall in love with one. Before other guys criticize my answer here I must be honest and admit that lust supersedes romance. (Meaning I would have sex with many women who are not Italian.)
So in short a guy starts to like a girl as soon as he sees her body. But he begins to like her on other levels as the relationship continues.
Depends on different things; I've had crushes on girls I've met almost instantly. Then there have been girls who I've never thought I'd go for, and we've become friends, and it's developed... sometimes, years after being "friends." This, however, is pretty rare.
For me, it's usually a few weeks after getting to know who they are portraying themselves to be. I knew a girl who acted responsibly, We met, I liked her but not enough to "decide" either way. She dropped off the face of the planet for about a year, then came back. The second time around, just like the first time, she was acting really mature, really responsible...and she'd flirt like crazy with me. Feelings developed, then bam, she starts acting differently, and she's been acting flighty ever since; the second she started showing this flakiness, it was an instant turn off.
So, it can come and go, depending on the guy, the woman, etc. There's no straight answer I could give you.

This question can be interpreted in many ways.
The earliest thing I had, which you could call a crush, was when I was 6 in the 1st grade. That was pretty young, and so it's kinda hard for me to place myself in that position at that age, but I do think it was a genuine crush. It lasted for like a week or two probably.
Then years went by where I wasn't really paying any attention to the girls around me, and by the time I started paying attention again, I was 12. A year later, I fell madly love in with this one girl, but it was a love that was ultimately destined to fail, and I spent my entire teens getting over that.
My first crush was on a girl who lived next door to me when I was about three or four years old (she was about the same age). I remember I used to stand outside and stare at her house, hoping/waiting for her to come outside. It's one of my earliest memories.
i've liked girls as far back as had regular contact with then. I actually remember having a crush on a girl named jessica in kindergarten.
My first real crush was in 7th grade.
for me when she's nice, smiling and smart :)
