Would you intentionally flirt with other girls around a girl that you know likes you?

Like would you do this just to get the point across to her that you just like the flirt and you don't have real feelings towards her?

Example: Sally like Harry. Harry found out sally likes her, but he does not like Sally back so he flirts with other girls when he's around Sally to show that he doesn't like her, he just likes to flirt.
