I been talking to this boy I have a crush on for a while and I wanted me to call him daddy and he calls me baby girl.. I wanted to know why some boys like being called daddy does it turn you turn or is it just a cute nickname?

Well I'll admit for me it is somewhat of a turn on. Just makes us feel good having you call us that. We daddy you our babygirl/princess. In my case it means you the most precious thing to me.
