i work with this guy at a small counter service eatery. and it gets crazy during the lunch rush, we almost always run into our co-workers. so he just started working there and whenever he's standing behind me he touches the small of my back... whether he's passing me or he needs to stand behind or next to me.

does he like me? or does he just want to make sure I don't hit him when I turn around? haha.

he seems pretty charming too... he jokes around with me about how he's always in my way and how it would be OK if I yelled at him. and he agreed with a customer who called me pretty.

Long ago, I used to deliver pizza, but for a while, my car broke down and I couldn't afford to fix it right away, so I had to work inside and make the pizzas. One of the girls who also made pizzas used to "accidentally" rub her boobs on my arm when we would be reaching for toppings, or on by back as she'd pass behind he on the prep line. This usually happened when we were very busy, so even though I clearly noticed, I went ahead and assumed it was just an accident and that she just didn't care.

About a month later, I got my car fixed, and started delivering again. Not long after, one of the phone girls came up to me and told me that I was an idiot, because the other girl liked me and had been trying to get me to notice her, and that I was mean for not paying attention to her. I explained to her that I thought it was just an accident, and she said "Really? Like, 50 times a night is an accident?" I felt REALLY stupid... and even worse when she started dating someone else a couple of days later, before I could even talk to her.

The moral of the story: TALK to the guy, so that if he does like you, you find out right away and can do something about it. Don't be clueless like I was.

It is a good sign. Guys generally don't make a point of repeatedly touching girls they aren't interested in. Touch him back and see how he responds. If it is with a smile or bright eyes, you have your answer. ;)

Most likely as guys tend to touch the gals gals they're interested in whenever they want especially if they have a guise to hide under such as work, a sport, or school.
