My girlfriend beat me at wrestling and now I am constantly embarrassed - what should I do?

I am 21 and my girlfriend is 18. She does martial arts and she is a black belt. I play-wrestled with her last weekend just for fun and to see what she could do. I don’t know how it happened but she put me on the floor six times! She also held me down and I couldn’t get up. In the end I just had to give up and it’s the most embarrassing thing that has happened to me. I know it was just playing and all, but I am bigger and stronger than her and she is not even a tom-boy, muscular or anything. She could almost have been a model, but she is not tall and not anorectic. I was 100% sure I’d beat her. Now I’m nervous she’ll tell someone what happened. And before when I saw her naked I just thought about sex but the last times I’ve seen her naked I thought about sex AND that this hot, little girl completely owned me in wrestling… I go to the gym regularly, but I feel I have to work out more from now on to get even stronger. How do I get over this?

Turn in your man card now, no I am kidding, but that is pretty funny. I would have played it off and been like yeah next time I won't let you win, I was just being easy on ya didn't wanna steal your thunder, so ya you can think you beat me but we all know I let you win every time.

Start train martial arts, there aren't other answer for it, strenght helps but its only part of what you need for win a wrestle match.
