He rejected me but I know he likes me?

Me and this guy have known each other for a year now.. we had a class last year and he would always flirt with me he even asked me if he liked me once but I didn't then so I said no. this year we have another class together. he's always giving me things to borrow asking if I want his sweatshirt.. telling me I'm pretty. TOUCHING ME. he even said he wanted to meet my dad. I finally decided to tell him I liked him. I sent him a fb message asking if we could talk in the morning he said why and then I told him that I wanted to ask if he liked me at all and he didn't reply. the next day I sent him a message confessing my feelings. he said he didn't feel anything at all and ya. I know there's something there. why could he be lying? its been a week since we last talked. I want to talk to him. what should I say

I don't agree with Aercz as I don't think you did anything wrong.

It sounds as if maybe he tried to win you over because you rejected him before - for his ego.

If so, not a very nice or mature guy.

Do you like him? Or did you just like it that he liked you?

Why do you still want to talk to him? Are you trying to get him to like you? Like he did?

I think the anwer to this situation is in asking yourself why you feel what you do, not in working out what action to take. You'll know that, from working out what you actually want.

He lose attraction over you because he saw that you easily gave in to his charms. Guys like challenges that's why they lose attraction to ladies who easily give in like confessing their feelings and such.
