Does he still like me after I rejected him?

A friend of mine asked me out a little over a year ago. His friends asked me the questions while he sat in front of me and smiled. For some reason at the time I thought he was joking, but later found out he wasn't. They asked me questions like do you like him, would you go out with him, and would you ever go out with him after I said no to all of those. I was just nervous cause I felt like I was being interrogated and we haven't talked since. But every time I see him he just stares at me for a really long time and doesn't look away, and sometimes smiles. Does he still like me?

I don't even need to read the post to say probably. Funny thing about guys is that we don't move on once we feel attached (emotionally) as fast as women. Strange but true.
